Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, painters and decorators, floor covering installers, plasterers, drywall installers and finishers, fence erectors, and trades helpers.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate the construction process, including preparing production and other reports, estimating costs and materials, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Leadership and Training: Provide leadership and training to construction teams, including leading individuals, instructing, and mentoring.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, including reading blueprints and drawings, and inspecting work in progress.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Construction.
