**Job Summary**

Linds & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team. As a key member of our commercial property law practice, you will be responsible for managing bulk lot sales, handling subdivision sale transactions, and preparing various documents related to commercial and residential sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage bulk lot sales, including agreements, surveys, and conveyancing documents
  • Handle subdivision sale transactions and attend to end plan registrations
  • Prepare purchase and sale agreements, transfers, charges, easements, notices, discharges, postponements, and final reporting
  • Identify title and off-title issues and address them accordingly
  • Communicate directly with clients, municipalities, and other lawyer's offices
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files

**Requirements:**

  • Post-secondary diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program, or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a commercial or residential real estate law practice
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Conveyancer, PC Law, and Teraview
  • Excellent organization, time-management, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently on multiple files with strong attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and commitment to service excellence
