Position Overview

The Quality Control Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our products at Northern Green Canada. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct or assist in testing air and water quality
  • Compile and maintain records for analytical studies
  • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Utilize MS Office applications effectively
  • Support the development of sampling and analysis programs to uphold quality standards
  • Contribute to the establishment of health and safety measures
  • Assist in the formulation of chemical engineering processes and oversee procurement, construction, inspection, and maintenance
  • Compile and interpret experimental or analytical results
  • Design and execute sampling and analysis programs
  • Facilitate safety training initiatives
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
Experience Required
  • 1 to 2 years in quality assurance and control
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced setting
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks requiring strong attention to detail
