Our Business Model
We purchase donated items directly from local nonprofit organizations, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse. This approach not only benefits the environment but also provides valuable funding for our nonprofit partners' community-based programs and services.

Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Supervisors to join our team in Operations, Production, and Retail. As a Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in driving business results and developing your team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of team members to achieve business objectives
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance
- Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals
