Housekeeping Manager

The Balmer Hotel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Inspect hotel rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hotel standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to housekeeping staff to improve their skills and productivity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
