Aaxel Insurance Brokers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling insurance products, and ensuring that clients' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Sell insurance products to clients, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
- Policy Administration: Ensure that clients' policies are up-to-date and that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Claims: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Licenses and Certifications: Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
