Position Overview

As a Culinary Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our establishment maintains high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Training will be provided, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

This position is based in a restaurant setting, where teamwork and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Assess the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
