Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Laborer to support various tasks in our construction projects. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and manage construction materials effectively.
  • Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and distribute materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Support the medical examiner as needed.
  • Help with drilling and blasting operations on construction sites.
  • Participate in framing structures, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Level ground to meet precise specifications.
  • Pave and rake asphalt surfaces.
  • Contribute to the demolition of buildings.
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials.
  • Manage cleanup of chemical spills and other hazardous materials.
  • Operate and maintain construction machinery and equipment.
Work Conditions
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
