Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir un service client de qualité supérieure et nécessite une collaboration active au sein de l'équipe de la pharmacie.

Vos missions incluront...

  • Recevoir et vérifier les prescriptions des patients en respectant les réglementations en vigueur, en s'assurant que toutes les informations nécessaires sont complètes, telles que le nom, l'adresse, la date de naissance, les allergies, et les détails du prescripteur.
  • Effectuer des tâches informatiques selon les instructions du pharmacien, y compris la saisie de données, la vérification des prix, et la mise à jour des informations patients, tout en interprétant correctement les prescriptions écrites.
  • Préparer les prescriptions sous la supervision du pharmacien, en sélectionnant les produits appropriés et en respectant les protocoles de vérification pour garantir l'exactitude des commandes.
  • Gérer les stocks de médicaments et de fournitures, en veillant à ce que les niveaux soient adéquats, en éliminant les produits périmés et en passant des commandes selon les besoins.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé, en s'assurant que tous les équipements et surfaces de travail sont régulièrement nettoyés et désinfectés.
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives telles que le classement des prescriptions et des factures, ainsi que d'autres responsabilités administratives assignées.
