Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Safe Management Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Deliver meals and snacks to patients, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including their living spaces and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Immunization records and Vulnerable Sector Check.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
