Position Overview

Under the guidance of the Director of Care, the Clinical Care Coordinator will excel in communication and teamwork with colleagues, interdisciplinary teams, and families. This role encompasses responsibilities as a consultant, educator, and practitioner.

The Clinical Care Coordinator will contribute to the enhancement of quality patient care and uphold professional nursing standards, including nursing practice assessment and development, quality improvement initiatives, staff evaluation, and various leadership functions.


Work Schedule: Days - 07:00 to 17:00, Rotating

Qualifications:
