Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Breeze Business Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
    • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Payroll and Taxation
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
    • Prepare tax returns
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
    • Prepare trial balance of books
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
