We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Seasonal Crew Chief at JK Home Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our exterior painting crew and ensuring the successful completion of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of painters to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure daily cleanliness of work sites and projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the painting or construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
