Job Title: Project Manager - Small Projects

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for leading teams and delivering projects on time and on budget? We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Site Services division at Bruce Power.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams responsible for delivering small projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project requirements.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, and identify and mitigate risks to project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on small projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
