  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Diagnose and repair complex issues with commercial transport truck systems
    • Collaborate with supervisors to discuss work assignments and priorities
    • Conduct thorough inspections and tests of mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
    • Inspect and test motor vehicles in operation
    • Review and analyze work orders to ensure accurate completion
    • Perform road tests on motor vehicles to ensure safe operation
    • Test and adjust automotive systems and components to manufacturer's specifications
    • Repair or replace mechanical units or components as needed
    • Estimate costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs
    • Perform scheduled maintenance services to ensure optimal vehicle performance
    • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer's standards
    • Provide expert advice to customers on work performed and future repair requirements
    • Complete detailed reports to record problems and work performed
    • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license required
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Hand-eye coordination, Attention to detail, Manual dexterity, Standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Dependability, Flexibility, Judgment, Reliability, Team player, Punctuality
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
