About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at NBS Steel Framing & Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Trash and Debris: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
