Job Summary

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Clean and maintain cranes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with attention to detail.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, working closely with our experienced team.
  • Contribute to framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, demonstrating your ability to work at heights.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a smooth and even surface.
  • Pave and rake asphalt with precision, creating a safe and durable surface.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, prioritizing safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of our workers and the public.
