Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

• Proactively identifying customer needs and listening attentively to their requests.
• Providing valuable insights and expert advice to educate our clients.
• Creating comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach to assist clients in reaching their objectives.
• Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Driving branch business growth by meeting individual and team sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications for Success:

• A strong desire and capability to cultivate robust customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
• A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a dynamic environment aligned with customer goals.
• Ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
• Possession of a Mutual Funds license and actively pursuing the CIFP Diploma.
