About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Precious Stars Childcare Centre. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre and ensuring the well-being and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support early childhood educators or supervisors in maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Engage children in various activities, such as storytelling, singing, and craft preparation.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
