Treasury Accounting Functions:
- Prepare daily cash reports to monitor financial liquidity.
- Maintain banking general ledger accounts, ensuring timely communication with departments for transaction clearing.
- Perform bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Month-End Reporting Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, including the compilation of monthly financial packages, statements, schedules, and supplemental data.
- Prepare account analysis and reporting for management review.
- Reconcile account balances and sub-ledgers to ensure integrity.
- Provide necessary information and analysis to operational teams as required.
- Submit account reconciliations with detailed explanations to support balance validation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support compliance audits and reviews, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Assist with various accounting projects and initiatives as needed.
- Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
- Develop ad-hoc reports upon request to support business needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Strong skills in account reconciliation are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to engage professionally with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
- High levels of self-motivation and energy are essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
