Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at City Centre Auto Sales Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Establish work schedules that meet the needs of our customers and our business.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
