Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Montana's BBQ & BAR. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and stored properly.

Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in the dishroom, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Storage and Organization: Store all clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas, ensuring that they are easily accessible and organized.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that recycling bins are emptied and cleaned regularly.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors in the dishroom and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
