About Our WorksitesOur Physiotherapist will work in a variety of community settings, including Home Health, Transition Team at Royal Inland Hospital, and rural coverage as needed. You will support seniors and others in accessing and navigating home and community care and chronic disease management services, and provide care management support in the home assisting with interventions.
