- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive and lasting impression
- Optimize and coordinate the hygienist schedule
- Effectively manage recall system and maintain patient database
- Manage incoming payments, track billing, and outstanding balances
- Process referral letters and patient correspondence
- Verify patient insurance and submit/process claims accurately
About You:
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
