Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored CRM solutions
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions within the Marketing and Customer Insights modules
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their CRM systems meet their evolving business needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our CRM solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM implementation and management
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and its applications in marketing and customer insights
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for learning and staying current with industry developments
