Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team at Essential Property Maintenance. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, raking and collecting refuse, laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, applying fertilizers, and watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance
  • Rake and collect refuse to keep work areas clean and safe
  • Lay sod or seed to establish new lawns and gardens
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance outdoor spaces
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure optimal health and appearance
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be working outdoors in various locations, and must be able to lift, bend, and move heavy objects as needed.
