About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Technician to join our team at T DOT AUTOMATION INC. As an Industrial Automation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instrumentation and Control Systems
    • Inspect and test instrumentation and control systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
    • Repair and maintain system components, including valves, pumps, and sensors
    • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of instruments and systems
  • Automation and Robotics
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot automation and robotics systems
    • Program and test PLCs and other automation controllers
    • Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and procedures
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality work
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in industrial automation and instrumentation
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems
    • Experience with automation and robotics systems, including PLCs and other controllers
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and diagrams
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
