Job Title: Long Term Occasional Position

We are seeking a qualified Long Term Occasional teacher to join our team at the Upper Grand District School Board.

Job Summary:

This is a part-time position that will provide educational support to students in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering instruction, assessing student learning, and collaborating with colleagues to meet the needs of all students.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver instruction to students in a variety of settings
  • Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet the needs of all students
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure student success
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a Special Education Part 1 qualification and have experience working with students with diverse needs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
