Job Title: Salesperson, Floor Coverings

At UNITED FLOORS, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling floor coverings to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on floor coverings to customers, ensuring they find the perfect product for their needs.
  • Process sales, rentals, or leasing contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right floor coverings, taking into account their lifestyle, budget, and preferences.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and installation requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
