Mary Brown's Chicken is seeking a highly skilled and experienced NSO Trainer to join our team. As an NSO Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our new store openings by providing expert training and guidance to our franchisees and their teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct high-standard training for new franchise employees on day-to-day procedures.
- Ensure all Mary Brown's operational and administrative procedures and standards are adhered to.
- Collaborate with Corporate Training Director to identify company training needs and ways to improve effective training.
- Supervise trainees, evaluate performances, and make recommendations.
- Provide timely feedback to Trainer on site.
- Ensure all governmental and health and safety regulations are being adhered to.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a Mary Brown's store.
- Must be available for the duration of the entire assignment, ranging from 10-14 days, with the possibility for overnight travel.
- A record of strong performance in all work stations, including front and back of house.
- A coachable team player with potential leadership skills and the right attitude.
- Passionate about the Mary Brown's brand.
- Successful completion and up-to-date on all required training modules on LearnMB.
- Flexible and adaptable to adjust to a dynamic work environment.
- Motivated and willing to learn new skills.
- Professional, well-spoken, with a strong command of the English Language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with the ability to listen effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Mature professional judgment and professionalism in handling all matters.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and food standards.
- Ability to speak any of the listed languages (Spanish, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, or Punjabi) is an asset.
- Previous supervisor experience.
- Flexible/Open availability.
- The position will require the ability to work long hours while standing.
- Occasional exposure to mechanical parts, extreme cold, and extreme heat due to restaurant and kitchen work settings.
