Job Opportunity at Kindred Hospital Ontario
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Kindred Hospital Ontario. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill, and medically complex patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
- Minimum six months of experience as a Registered Nurse with Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting.
Compensation
$43.92 - $64.05 per hour
