Strategic Economic Growth Leader

About the Role:

The Economic Development Manager will lead a team to implement the County's economic development program. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, directing, monitoring, and reporting on strategic economic initiatives/programs within the County while working collaboratively with local stakeholders to drive economic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement economic development strategies to drive growth and job creation
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify and pursue economic opportunities
• Monitor and report on economic development progress and outcomes
• Provide leadership and direction to the economic development team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in economic development or a related field
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
