- Operational Leadership
- Advocates for and enhances the health & safety initiatives.
- Formulates process management, evaluation, and sampling methodologies essential for overseeing manufacturing operations.
- Analyzes performance reports and suggests corrective actions for any discrepancies from established benchmarks.
- Offers hands-on support in executing solutions as necessary.
Standards, Protocols, and Governance
- Assesses both new and existing methodologies and machinery to further enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Guarantees that both internal and external client specifications are fulfilled or surpassed.
Required Qualifications:
This role necessitates a diploma or degree in a scientific discipline, accompanied by 2-3 years of experience in kraft pulp production.
Strong interpersonal abilities, comfortable working collaboratively and engaging with colleagues.
Exceptional written, verbal, listening, and problem-solving capabilities.
A proven track record of adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies.
