Job Summary:
The Boucherie Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to meat cutting, processing, and sales in our meat department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut and process various types of meat according to established standards and techniques.
- Prepare and package meat products for display and sale.
- Receive and count inventory of meat products, ensuring accurate storage and rotation.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- DEP in Butchery or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative and autonomy to perform tasks and make decisions.
