Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton International Airport. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests.
  • Stock linen closets and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, bend, and crouch to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
