About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Specialist to join our team at A-1 Wireless Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair telecommunications equipment to minimize downtime and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze test results to identify and resolve issues with switching systems, networks, and associated equipment.
  • Collaborate with our team to initiate the dispatch of repair personnel and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the field to provide expert support and guidance to our customers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work setting involves maintenance, on-site customer service, testing, repair, and service.
