Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. as a Clinical Specialist. The successful candidate will provide high-quality services to our clients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy services in various settings, including clinics, homes, and workplaces.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current registration or working towards registration as a new grad with COTO.
  • Valid CPR certificate and a reliable vehicle.
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
