About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer and Helper to join our team at Mario Z Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris
  • Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction and direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • Will train
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
