Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at TSK NETWORKS.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and operations, ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
  • Lead financial planning and analysis teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including banks and investors
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and business operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
