Tire Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at DAC Holdings Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tire repairs and replacements on a variety of vehicles, including automobiles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
  • Assist mechanics with other duties as directed and provide on-site services.
  • Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of vehicles.
  • Grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment.
  • Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators.
  • Repair and balance tires.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
Work Environment:

Our work site environment is dusty, noisy, and non-smoking. You will be exposed to odours and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye co-ordination are essential.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility, judgement, and reliability are required.
