Pharmacy Operations Manager

As a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and health care to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the operations of the pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, dispensing medication, and maintaining the dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the pharmacy operations, including inventory management, workflow, and customer service.
  • Provide consultation to customers and healthcare providers on medication and health-related matters.
  • Dispense medication and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals to provide customer care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Valid CPBC registration as a Full Pharmacist.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPhm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
