Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at SUPER 8. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that housekeeping standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Parking available on site.
- Permanent work term.
- English language required.
- 30 to 35 hours per week.
