Position Overview:

The SMT Testing Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing the integration and management of cutting-edge SMT testing technologies within our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead the organization and assessment of the introduction, installation, acceptance, and asset management of new SMT testing tools and equipment;

2) Manage and maintain production SMT inspection devices, including AOI and FCT tooling;

3) Program, debug, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for SMT testing apparatus;

4) Address test procedures and resolve tooling and equipment issues promptly to ensure seamless mass production;

5) Conduct training and oversee the safe operation of personnel handling SMT testing equipment;

6) Maintain the workshop MES system and address daily operational challenges;

7) Execute additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

1) A minimum of 1 year of experience in AOI/SPI programming and equipment operation;

2) Strong understanding of various electronic components and troubleshooting methods for devices and soldering outcomes;

3) Proficient in software tools such as Cam350 and Microsoft Office, with a solid foundation in both analog and digital electronics;

4) Experience in programming, maintaining, and operating AOI/SPI equipment from brands like Telekom, Heli, Stech, and familiarity with Meizhute FCT equipment is preferred;

5) A college degree or higher in electronic information, communication engineering, electrical automation, computer science, or a related field.
