We cater to distributors and original equipment manufacturers throughout all 50 states, Canada, and internationally. Our commitment spans various sectors, including agriculture, mining, construction, industrial machinery, automotive, military, and aviation.
Role Summary:
- Engage in repetitive assembly tasks on production lines to efficiently manufacture hydraulic hose fittings. Ensure accurate packing of finished products for inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in forklift operation.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
- Execute basic assembly tasks.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Complete assigned tasks according to manufacturing timelines with minimal oversight.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
- Accurately pack finished products for inventory.
- Interpret and follow Bulk Pack lists for packing processes.
- Manage waste and recycling as required.
Qualifications:
- Successful performance in this role requires the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The qualifications outlined below represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. - Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed but straightforward written or verbal instructions.
- Competence in using scales for packing purposes.
- Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools, and the ability to interpret visual aids.

- Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Willingness to perform basic housekeeping tasks.
Educational Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED, or relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
