  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, storage areas, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand as needed.
  • Stock Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring that supplies are always available for service.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and keep records of food quantities used.
  • Food Packaging: Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods for customer convenience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet service goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
