Operations Manager

Mundi Hotel Enterprises Inc, a leading hotel development and management company in the Okanagan region, is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join the team at the Travelodge by Wyndham Prince George.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the hotel's operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
- Implement the brand service strategy, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Collaborate with management company and property owners to achieve brand positioning and success.
- Build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
- Manage Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Engineering functional areas to maximize financial performance and quality standards.
- Direct room revenue growth through market analysis, business planning, and national marketing efforts.
- Measure marketing plan effectiveness and yield management efforts to maximize revenue streams.
- Develop a strategic business plan, defining operational goals and profitability objectives.
- Coordinate capital improvement projects to maintain/upgrade quality standards and property image.
- Facilitate open associate communications, addressing grievances and evaluating associate performance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant or Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum six years' hotel management experience.
- Basic computer skills, knowledge of computer accounting programs, and math skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Competitive salary: $60,000.00 per year.
