Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Fastlane Transport Limited is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across the country.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Communicate with dispatch and other drivers to coordinate transportation and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 or A Driver's License.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Long Haul Truck Driver.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
