Key Responsibilities
  • Perform sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing of floors, hallways, and staircases.
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to eliminate debris, dirt, and heavy refuse.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash cans and other containers.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean appearance.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Ensure bathrooms and fixtures are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly.
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety.
