Key Responsibilities- Conversion Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to increase purchase conversion rates across online retail sites, leveraging data analysis, testing, and optimization techniques.
- Quantitative Analysis: Conduct in-depth quantitative analyses to translate e-commerce data into actionable optimization strategies, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Testing and Optimization: Develop and execute testing roadmaps to lift conversion rates across client sites, staying abreast of market trends, sales dynamics, and customer feedback to inform optimization strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators to ensure sustained conversion rate improvements, analyzing and tracking progress against the roadmap and providing comprehensive updates on program success and learnings.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, engineering, and stakeholders, to deliver regular updates on product development and operational performance, championing contextualization recommendations and guiding client success teams in adopting innovative campaign strategies.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in driving roadmap strategy and definition, with a proven track record of delivering tangible results and fostering excellent collaboration.
- E-commerce Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in website performance optimization within the e-commerce or media sectors, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities coupled with problem-solving skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking capabilities and adeptness in aligning product vision with organizational goals, with the ability to prioritize product features and make strategic decisions to foster business growth.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with adept presentation abilities, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey product vision across various teams and stakeholders.
- Contextual Advertising: Familiarity with contextual and behavioral advertising and an understanding of evolving landscapes, with adaptability and agility in responding to change, ambiguity, and market feedback.
