Key Responsibilities:- Resident Ambassador: Address concerns, maintain resident satisfaction, and build strong relationships.
- Leasing Champion: Own the leasing process, monitor vacancies, and achieve leasing targets.
- Operations Guru: Collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with MS Office and SAP knowledge is an asset.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
- Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
- Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license, clean driver abstract, and reliable, insured means of personal transportation.
- Competitive Base Salary starting at $45,000-$50,000.
